Random Toss

One of my pony OC's, I consider this one closest to my "ponysona". This is Random Toss, a unicorn with a unique special talent. Using his magic causes dice to appear (usually two), and the result depends on the dice roll:

2. Something VERY bad will happen.
3. Random Toss will spontaneously clone himself, resulting in three individual Random Tosses, each one with its own conscience and freedom of will. This effect lasts three minutes.
4. This result is currently unknown.
5. Everybody within the vicinity will suddenly be wearing a hat; what type of hat each being will receive is completely random. If someone was already wearing a hat, their hat will be transformed into something silly (chicken hat, novelty soda hat, etc.).
6. Lightning will strike Random Toss, creating a small area of effect that zaps him and anything very close to him.
7. Random Toss will sprout wings like a pegasus pony, and will be able to fly as if he were a pegasus. The wings will disappear after seven minutes.
8. Something embarrassing will happen for a random pony/other creature in Random's vicinity, or Random himself. If he is alone, he will always be the target. This effect lasts for eight minutes.
9. This result is currently unknown.
10. Random Toss's body will change into that of another pony, usually the last pony he made eye contact with before the dice roll. His voice will also change accordingly. This change lasts for ten minutes.
11. A random part of Random Toss's body will be turned into a solid, durable (and quite heavy) metal. The affected body part changes with every minute for a total "running time" of eleven minutes.
12. Something very good will happen.

Using this ability too often will result in what Random describes as a "total sensory overload"--essentially, all of his senses will receive extreme negative stimuli for a brief moment, leaving him in considerable/serious pain, and he will be unable to use his magic for an indeterminate amount of time (his horn will begin to glow for a moment when he is able to use magic again).
